Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

At Scratch That Etch, every item is custom-made just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any personalized or custom-engraved products.

Order Accuracy & Finalization

  • Please double-check all details (text, design, spelling, measurements, etc.) before finalizing your order.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production begins immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will review the issue and determine a resolution, which may include a replacement if the damage was due to a manufacturing error or shipping issue.

Lost or Missing Orders

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery, but you haven’t received your item, please check with your local carrier or contact us for guidance.
